We felt like our business was valued from sale to install to follow up. If you have questions, they are there for you. If you live in Colorado, it’s really nice to use a local company who understands our needs. Highly recommend.

To whom it may concern,
We recently purchased our 3rd Wind River hot tub. The first one we sold with the house and was a deal breaker with the purchaser if it was not included. Our last purchase was 12 years ago and it was time for an upgrade.
The thing I have been most impressed with is that Wind River backs their craftsmanship, their warranty and their word on what their tub does. It does make a difference where it's made and what is made for....ie. Colorado.
There is a reason that this is our 3rd tub from Wind River. It is value, quality and the gumption to back up their claims and stand behind their product.

Your service has been outstanding from the sales room where we met Rick (the owner) to the delivery crew who did an unbelievable good job wheeling the hot tub down my rock walkway and setting it up on the patio. Our new Wind River spa is wonderful, super easy to use and maintain and we would highly recommend it. The process of shopping for the spa with Wind River was pleasant and enjoyable and the delivery was excellent. They really gave me time and issues to contemplate, and suggestions when deciding how to orient the tub and they left with everything buttoned up. Overall we couldn't be happier.

The Wind River crew did a very professional job both removing our old hot tub and installing our new spa. Kyle & Co. are magicians with their slides and slings. No hits, no nicks, no errors! Really good at what they do. We love the new tub, especially how quiet it is. Thanks, you guys.

WOW!...This hot tub is so fabulous and mostly for reasons I never thought of – family time. Since it was installed we have been out there, as a family, every night before bed. Great discussions with the kids (ages 9 and 12)! It slows us all down, relaxes us, and we simply connect and have great down time, together. Thank you Wind River!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the entire staff at Wind River for the wonderful experience. From the home visit to help us find the best location to place the tub, to the multiple reschedules we required, everyone was so nice and helpful. We researched what spa to purchase, Wind River is by far has the best construction and tub layouts. Add that to our desire to purchase from a local company and Wind River was the absolutely best choice. We’ve had our tub for a little over a week and absolutely love it. Thank you!!!

This is our second Wind River Spa. The first one was purchased 13 years ago so decided it was as time for an upgrade. After doing the research & price shopping again I determined that Wind River was the best tub comparing the quality & features of all the others out there.
Rick & his team deliver a quality product backed by superior customer service. The delivery team is top notch. They do an amazing job getting the tub safely through some tight spaces into its well placed spot. Rick came up with the deck design configuration for it after his sight visit when we purchased our first spa. I still start every morning sitting in the Adirondack seat of the spa looking out into the mountain side.
This morning the electric was out for two hours with over a foot of snow sitting on the cover of the tub. When the electricity came back on, I immediately went out to check the temperature of the tub. It was 102-right where I had it set. The improvements made in the last 13 years including the amazing insulating quality are well noted.

Thank you very much for all your help. The guys that brought the spa over to my house were some of the most professional guys I have had the pleasure of working with. They got the spa installed exactly the way I wanted it, and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. They also ensured the area was absolutely cleaned up from all of their equipment and packaging materials before they left. I couldn't have been any happier with the way everything went. We got the hot tub all hooked up and it is everything we were hoping for. Thank you again for the quality of the hot tub, and the professionalism in which your company handles all it's business.
