“My wife and I just moved into a new home and one of the first things we did was to contact Rick Hallet at Wind River Spas about getting a new Wind River spa.  We had purchased two spas from Wind River previously (one was smashed by a very large tree falling on it or it would have been fine for years to come).  We “had” to leave the spa for the purchaser of our previous residence and so getting a new one was a very high priority for us.  We had a rather unique setting that we wanted to use and Rick came to visit and advise us on doing that.  He determined what we needed to do and we selected our spa.  From custom order to installation took only a couple of weeks.  The team that arrived with the spa got right to work and the installation was very quick and smooth – though it took some hard work on the team’s part to put the tub in our “perfect spot” – a natural rock flat area with a concrete pad on the edge of our “cliff”.  I was surprised to find that the new one was even better than the one we had before.  The jets had been updated and are much easier to adjust and turn on and off, the control panel has some really nifty LED lighting, the sound deadening works even better, and the fit and finish are exact.  We have been using the spa every day and all is as it should be.  We may never need another spa but we will always feel confident that we can rely on Rick Hallet and Wind River for our supplies, advice, and continued good will.  I checked out spas all over the country before selecting Wind River and I don’t think there is a better spa out there and I am just as sure that there is no better customer service!”

Our 2011 hot tub was damaged in a house fire this past January and because we enjoyed the first tub so much, there was no question in our mind about wanting to replace it with another from Wind River Spas.  We have been very satisfied with the service and product quality - buying from a Denver-based company that services what it sells is important to us.  Living in the foothills, we thoroughly enjoy a good soak overlooking the Front Range!

Hi Rick!

I wanted to tell you about our experience with Wind River from our initial call through delivery and set up today.

Justin came out initially and was so helpful and walked me though all the options and a thorough description of the process, the tubs, the options, and what to expect. He was very friendly and made me feel right at ease and well informed.

Kyle and Mike delivered our spa today. They were fantastic! The old spa had to be removed through an obstacle course around the house and the new one brought in the same way.

They were amazing to get it through there so deftly. They set it up in a tremendous thunderstorm and were so helpful and friendly. Kyle explained everything and again I felt well informed and at ease.

It did not work right away so they called the service manager and he came right up and diagnosed the issue (it was our faulty wiring where the old electrician messed up the wiring in the breaker box). He was great too and explained it and showed me everything and fixed the issue (I can not recall his name but what a great customer service person).

The hot tub looks great and the team were wonderful! I will be telling everyone I know about this awesome experience! This surpassed our high expectations based on the stories from our friends that have used Wind River before.

Dear Wind River Team,

Our daughter, sons and grandsons twisted our arms until we agreed to check into having a hot tub installed, several days of on-line window shopping and a few trips to local spa dealers did not make us hot tub owners. One stop at Wind River Spas and one hour with Tyler was all that it took for us to make our decision. By the way it has been one of our best decisions, next to, moving to Evergreen Co.

From the initial site visit, area prep (by yours truly), pouring of the pad, final install, which required crane to get the tub close to the pad, we were soaking in the tub in less than 30 days. Everyone is happy! The Wind River team has been absolutely great to work with on all fronts, sales, service and management support.

Best decision by far to purchase from the manufacturer, take their tour and rest / soak assured.

This is our second Wind River Spa. The first one was purchased 13 years ago so decided it was as time for an upgrade. After doing the research & price shopping again I determined that Wind River was the best tub comparing the quality & features of all the others out there.

Rick & his team deliver a quality product backed by superior customer service. The delivery team is top notch. They do an amazing job getting the tub safely through some tight spaces into its well placed spot. Rick came up with the deck design configuration for it after his sight visit when we purchased our first spa. I still start every morning sitting in the Adirondack seat of the spa looking out into the mountain side.

This morning the electric was out for two hours with over a foot of snow sitting on the cover of the tub. When the electricity came back on, I immediately went out to check the temperature of the tub. It was 102-right where I had it set. The improvements made in the last 13 years  including the amazing insulating quality are well noted.
