From the moment I found a chemical free, Colorado weather withstanding, Colorado born company, I knew I had found the best place to buy a spa. The referrals for electricity adjustments and trenching for such were great guys: affordable, professional, efficient! The men who delivered and set up my spa were no less! I would add helpful and informative to their list. The tub itself, has changed my life!!! I have a very physical job and being in the tub is my favorite part, and sometimes my favorite parts, of the day! And thanks for the rubber duckie ;) I love the fact that I was able to customize the seats to all have different jets and even a seat with no jets. I use every one! I love my spa. Thank you.

When we first contacted Wind River, we were on a tight budget and not even sure if we’d be able to afford a refurbished model. Rick was able to get us into a brand new spa within our budget AND we were able to customize it to exactly what we wanted. In addition to a great product and exceptional service, we really appreciate that it is all done locally. We know if there is ever a problem, we won’t have any issues getting it fixed. We are ELATED! The delivery could not have gone more smoothly. I received a call about 20 minutes before the guys were to arrive and they were right on time. Courteous and professional was the crew, and I made sure to give them a tip that was easily going to over lunch for their hard work. I received a nice talk on the operation of the spa, which I really appreciated.
The electrician, Shane LaGrange, was fantastic. He was professional and personable. Now I realize that he is not an employee of yours, but I can tell you he is worth using in every job you have!

Our Wind River Hot Tub is by far the best hot tub we have ever been in. It is intelligently designed; from the ozone filter which requires no chemicals, to the wonderful placement of the jets, to the hand grips that really are helpful. The tub is truly a joyous experience as well as extremely therapeutic.

We are very happy with the decision to purchase our second hot tub through Wind River Spas. Rick and his team are very knoweldgeable and helped us pick out a tub that worked very well for us. We liked that Wind River Spas is manufactured here in Colorado and have a great inventory to test out and choose from. We are loving the spa, have been in it every night since delivery. It has helped with my restless leg syndrome, can sleep better and it is very relaxing. It also has helped my son with his back. He is really enjoying it.

Rick and the employees of Wind River Spas are excellent. Words really cannot describe the level of quality customer service they have provided. From walking into the showroom to getting into the spa after install they exceeded my expectations. We had an appointment at another "retailer" all set for later in the afternoon we went into Wind River. After researching and watching the videos on line we decided to check out this locally owned and operated business. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We could have walked out at any time. We did not want to. The experience was that good. For a little more than we would have paid for a different spa at a different retailer we were able to get a CUSTOM spa built for Colorado not California. Chemical Free to boot! I can go on and on about the spa and the employees that poured the pad, the subcontractor that ran the electric, the owner (seriously, when was the last time you had direct contact with the owner? At any time day or night? Not an exaggeration). If you buy from somewhere else you will be greatly disappointed that you passed up the opportunity to have the best spa you could have. Truly an amazing company and exceptional product.

This is our third purchase from Wind River and we are still happy with our choice. The ease of maintenance is still one of the biggest factors as to why we purchased our 3rd spa from Rick and the crew at Wind River.
While we did have a minor problem when the spa was delivered, Wind River came out and fixed the slight damage to the skirt within a week. Having more controls on this spa versus the last one we had is really nice. no matter where you happen to be sitting in the spa you are near a controller. We really like the new flip controllers for air introduction better than the old style.
So far so good.

“My wife and I just moved into a new home and one of the first things we did was to contact Rick Hallet at Wind River Spas about getting a new Wind River spa. We had purchased two spas from Wind River previously (one was smashed by a very large tree falling on it or it would have been fine for years to come). We “had” to leave the spa for the purchaser of our previous residence and so getting a new one was a very high priority for us. We had a rather unique setting that we wanted to use and Rick came to visit and advise us on doing that. He determined what we needed to do and we selected our spa. From custom order to installation took only a couple of weeks. The team that arrived with the spa got right to work and the installation was very quick and smooth – though it took some hard work on the team’s part to put the tub in our “perfect spot” – a natural rock flat area with a concrete pad on the edge of our “cliff”. I was surprised to find that the new one was even better than the one we had before. The jets had been updated and are much easier to adjust and turn on and off, the control panel has some really nifty LED lighting, the sound deadening works even better, and the fit and finish are exact. We have been using the spa every day and all is as it should be. We may never need another spa but we will always feel confident that we can rely on Rick Hallet and Wind River for our supplies, advice, and continued good will. I checked out spas all over the country before selecting Wind River and I don’t think there is a better spa out there and I am just as sure that there is no better customer service!”

Rick, you should be proud of your company and your product. I had a good experience with the two gentlemen that installed our perma-shim and that installed our spa (same two guys). And, the electrician was a nice guy and quite professional. He found the best way to run the electrical that was the most cosmetically appealing. The electrician said he's been working with you for over twenty years, and Kyle, the head of the delivery crew said that he's been with you for almost four years. That shows that people like working for your company. The spa appears to be very well made and designed. The maintenance thus far is super simple. The water is clean with no foam and no chemical smell -- a vast difference from my previous two spas. The jet power is outstanding and the lighting and wine buckets are subtle but wonderful features. Our experience with Wind River Spas, you, and your entire team was exceptional -- truly a turnkey process with a outstanding final result.

The Vitalizer...one year later.
I'm impressed! Everything your company has advertised regarding the merits and ease of operation of your hot tubs we've found to be true. Debra and I use our Vitalizer 2-3 times weekly for an hour at a time (sometimes longer). We're both active outdoors people...returning home to our Vitalizer after mountain biking, skiing, tennis, hiking, etc is always a treat. We both work and play hard; sitting in our tub with strong jets massaging tired muscles while enjoying a glass of wine is something we never tire of. It helps that the La PLata Mountains rise in the backdrop.
As advertised, your set-up crew arrived at our home outside of Cortez on time. They efficiently went about their work setting up the tub while our electrician did his simple install. The crew stayed to answer our questions and demonstrate the tub's operation. The free delivery of a Colorado-made tub was one of the factors that clinched the deal when we were considering our options. The quality of the tub and the price could not be beat. We have only needed to change the water once in the past year. A teaspoon of shock after each soak has been the ONLY maintenance....simply amazing! No added chemicals, no chlorine smell....only clean, clear, therapeutic waters!

I have to begin by telling you that I have had a spa for the last 14 years and that this spa was part of the sale when I purchased my home. I had never owned one before and was somewhat excited about having one. Fast forward 14 years, the old one gave out and prior to it giving out, I had grown tired of dealing with its up keep. Multiple covers due to the dog, countless chemicals and filter changes and given its size and shape, not a lot of interest in using it since it only had 8 jets. This summer it became time to either replace it or just get rid of it. So my research began since I had never actually purchased one before. I spent hours researching on the web, stopping by retail shops, etc. Then one day I found your companies you tube videos about how your spas are different. I watched all of the videos you have and called you up. Justin is the sales person I spoke with and after talking with him I came by your showroom on Galapago and had a longer discussion with Justin, I explained to him that I had a budget number and was going to have to stick to it. This led us to the refurbished side of your business. There was nothing in stock at the time, but we agreed to keep in touch and he would let me know when something came in.
Late last month, I was checking back in with Justin and he gladly informed me that a few had come in. So after meeting with him again and going through the inventory, I was able to select one that was in my price range. We scheduled the wet test and delivery and we received our spa on Friday the 21st of November.
The spa is working great and is everything I had hoped for. The pickup and delivery guys were fantastic, very courteous and were on time. They were efficient in their duties all the while entertaining my banter. Justin was and continues to be very professional and attentive and it is clear that customer service is very important to him. I own a service business and this alone is what makes or breaks a business since quality of customer service is what sets you apart. Please look up my order to see who picked up and delivered and make sure they know that I appreciate their level of service. Since the delivery, I stopped in one Saturday to pick up some chemical and although Justin was not there, the person that helped me was just as fantastic.
Since I have been working with your company, I continue to tell my story to anyone that will listen as I have built my business on referrals and I fully appreciate the value in building good customer relationships.

I wanted to take a few moments to share with you our experience with our recent purchase of two of your great spas. I have owned a spa for years that finally needed replacement while Marta is a new owner. We did our research and made of list of features we were looking for and set out to visit the various spa dealers along the front range. Windriver was at the top of my list so we decided to visit your factory showroom in Lafayette. We met up with Nelson there and he took us through the features of the various spas and gave us a very extensive tour of the factory were we were able to watch spas being built. We were impressed by Nelson's knowledge and the factory floor visit and most importantly the features and quality of your product. Although your spas seemed to be in the high end range of spas, when we received a quote, we were pleasantly surprised to find the price to be more in line with the low end range of other spas brands that we had looked at. This was a major selling point for me as my old spa had started leaking and for the life of me I could not find the leak due to the entire cavity being filled with foam. I think your design greatly superior in this area. No one expects their spa to leak, but I know from experience, that given Colorado's extreme temperature swings, it is inevitable that a leak could show up over time.
Choice of spa shell and skirt
This is a great feature. We both chose different shell and skirt colors and as such each have a custom spa to order. We love this.

We rarely miss a night of tubbing after a long day of ranching. I held off making judgement for 2 months while monitoring progress. 2 years ago I had major back surgery and had been wearing a back brace since. In the 2 months since delivery of your hot tub, I am now back brace free. Praise the Lord! Range of movement is greatly improved, and pain level is decreased. My goal is to be back riding horse within another year.
Next time you are chowing down on a good steak, maybe it came from a grateful Nebraska rancher.
