Meeting you, your staff, and the sales experience was enjoyable, professional, and customer oriented. We were able to take our time and not feel rushed or pressured in any way.  Your showroom was really nice and yor explanation of build quality, no chemicals, and Colorado weather variables all played a part in our decision to purchase from Wind River. Of partucuar note was the flexibility in spa customization and your integrity in not trying to oversell us in model, number of jets, size, or warranty – how refreshing! Hi Rick, I wanted to send a note and photo to let you know how much we love our Wind River Spa. We have used it 5-6 days a week for almost 3 months now and are very happy with it! We have the Sierra model but added a few extra jets, which is one thing we absolutely loved - the ability to customize this to our specific needs. As an avid runner and hiker, the calve jets that we added are some of my personal favorites. It's been so nice to spend family time from our spa - my kids love the light and waterfall, and of course practicing cannonballs and underwater flips! We have had a few guests comment that it is the nicest hot tub they have ever been in. We will recommend Wind River without hesitation. Thank you for being such a great company - great product and great customer service.

We love our new Wind River Spa! It was well worth the wait and we're using it daily. Your folks (Tyler and gang) did an awesome job with the delivery and setup of the spa. Allene and I are very pleased with our new hot tubs. Justin could not have done a better job for you in explaining the workings/advantages of a Wind River Spa. Being in sales myself I appreciated how he did not try to tear down the other folks but spent the time explaining your product to us. Taking on the effort to get the tub to us quickly was very nice but the quality that we saw in the product and Justin's knowledge were our decision makers not the fact that we got the tub so quickly. Nelson and his team were extremely professional and once again product knowledge showed in the way they went about their job and their customer interface could not have been better. The electrician that was here was also very impressed with the speed, knowledge and skills shown by Nelson. Thanks again for a Great experience. Wind River tubs are great! Rick and his team were easy to communicate with and all of our questions were answered promptly. We love our new spa and love that there is such minimal chemical use. We never have that icky chlorine feeling on our body when we get out of the tub and there is never that chemical smell that most spas have. As we worked through installing a spa in a small Denver yard, Rick was great to provide feedback and help coordinate and answer questions about the concrete and the electrical. The process was easy and I would highly recommend working with Wind River.

We love the spa! We use it at least once a day. Every time we use it we say it is one of the best investments we ever made. I heard nightmare stories about people buying used spas to save a few bucks and install it themselves, and I didn’t want to deal with that mess. So I relied on Wind River to do everything - deliver, install, electrical, the works. The price was reasonable for the work and we got a great discount on a brand new spa for buying off-season. We definitely recommend Rick and Wind River Spas!

We bought our first Spa from Rick in 2002 when we got married. We moved and bought a 2nd Wind River Spa which our twins loved. When I had to transfer to CA for 2 years and found a buyer Rick helped us move the Spa. We are now happy to be back in Colorado and just bought our 3rd Wind River Spa this time a 92x92 Malibu Blue Spa. We have been very happy with our Wind River Spas and and the service. Our kids love the Spa and it creates many great family memories.

We wanted to thank you and your staff for the tub we recently purchased and express our appreciation for the service and professionalism you all exhibited throughout the purchase process. We've now had it in place for nearly two months and are using it regularly and enjoying it tremendously.

I'd like to especially comment on the whole purchase process which truly was exemplary. I do not recall another purchase we have made where the experience was any more positive. Our first contact was in January 2013 at your retail location. In a completely non-pressured manner, we received a thorough overview of your tubs, how they differ from other brands, the various pros and cons of ownership, and how your construction and delivery process works. We had already done some investigation online and it was clear that if we were to purchase a tub, it would be a Wind River. However, at that time, we had no idea whether we'd be able to fit the tub in our remodeling budget for a project that was yet to start. With only a $50 deposit, we were able to lock in an excellent purchase price for a tube we weren't even sure we'd be able to get, and even if it fit our budget wouldn't be purchased and installed for nearly 6 months. After that, you checked in enough to monitor our remodeling progress and see if we had questions, but in no way were intrusive or pressuring. When it seemed realistic that we'd be able to make the purchase, we then began to finalize our tub, learning that we could basically customize it in any way we wanted. Try that with a mass produced tub! We came down and spent nearly 2 hours trying multiple tubs, different jet configurations and asked a slew of questions, all of which were answered quickly and professionally.

After picking our final configuration, installation was setup promptly. The installation proved to be an extension of the professionalism and expertise we'd experienced throughout the purchase process. They arrived promptly when stated, had our tub off the truck and in our chosen location within 15 minutes. They were knowledgeable about all the tub's functions and maintenance, and explained things clearly and thoroughly.

For two months now we've been loving our tub. It's easy to operate and has wonderful features. We love the ability to adjust what jets are on, ensuring everyone is comfortable. The maintenance is a breeze and it's great that minimal chemicals are necessary to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. We use it nearly everyday and foresee doing so for years to come.

Once again, we couldn't be happier with our Wind River Spa purchase. We use the tub nearly everyday and love every minute. Working with Rick and the Wind River Spa team was an absolute pleasure from our first contact, though spa customization, and finally to delivery and installation. Everyone at Wind River was intelligent, professional and friendly. We recommend their spas whole heartedly.

Wind River Spas told us about ozone filters and we were excited. We are very "green" and didn't like the idea of sitting in chemicals. After researching some more on the internet, we ordered our tub. It was finished on time, delivered on time, and the guys showed us everything we needed to know about the maintenance. Rick has called and e-mailed several times to make sure we were happy with thew spa and to see if we had any questions. I would recommend Wind River Spas to anyone looking for a hot tub, especially if you want fewer chemicals in your life. We use it daily.

Rick, We use the spa all the time and sometimes multiple times a day. We are really happy with our choice and would still be looking if we hadn't found you. We knew nothing about o-zone filtration and with my health were really not wanting to sit in chemicals. You explained the process very well and put our minds at ease. The guys that installed it were very nice and well informed. They showed us everything we needed to know on how to maintain the tub. I would tell anyone looking for a spa to talk to you.

Hi Rick, I just wanted to let you know that I'm really enjoying the spa. I've had it for three months now and can unequivocally say that it provides enormous relief. As you know I have an eight level fusion in my lower back. In addition, I have substantial disc degeneration in my upper back and SI joint. So stepping into the spa is like stepping outside of my pain ravaged body. The warm water takes the pressure off my joints and the jets work out all the spasms and knots that buildup in my back. The spa provides almost immediate relief and comes without the side effects of painkiller drugs. It's the best investment I've made in trying to deal with back pain that I've ever made in over thirty-years. Thanks for all your help.

Dear Rick We've now used the tub the past three nights — with great success and much enjoyment. The variety of jets on each of the seats has been fun to experiment with. But the biggest thing we've noticed is that we've slept well and awakened refreshed after a hot tub in the evening before going to bed. When you told me you hot tubbed every night, I doubted I would be doing the same, but now that I've experienced such great nights of sleep, I think I will be copying your habit!! I am also impressed with the many smart design elements of your hot tub; they are much better than anything we've experienced before. We have had our spa for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier with it and our experience with Wind River Spas. We were impressed and attended to the first moment we walked into the showroom and were helped by Tyler and Rick. Not only were they friendly and extremely helpful, we could tell they really cared about us and our needs and they really wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The delivery and setup crew were also very friendly and professional and did a great job of getting our spa through a very narrow gate and getting everything setup correctly. Through the whole process, everyone was very patient and attentive to our questions, needs and desires. Everyone at Wind River Spas continues to be very helpful with any follow-up questions we've had as well. We love the fact that the spas are built here in CO and that they are about as close to chemical free water as you can get. It has been very easy to maintain and we continue to enjoy it on almost a daily basis. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a spa.

I will tell you, when the spa was first delivered, I stressed for several days, it was much bigger on my patio than in the showroom! We took that opportunity to add to the patio, I haven't regretted my purchase since. We use the spa nearly every night. I have a lot of trouble with my back, due to my job, and in turn have a lot of trouble sleeping. Well with our evening de-stress time in the spa, my back is better and I sleep better than I have in years. Of course my kids are enjoying hosting hot tub parties! Maintenance of the spa is simple, the filter is easy to take out and clean. I am looking forward to getting a lot of use out of our new spa!

My first contact with WindRiver Spas was over the phone. Rick answered my call. He asked what I was looking for. I told him that I had back problems and was interested in power jets not huge numbers of jets. He carefully explained how therapeutic the WindRIver tub was and invited me to the showroom. Now this is my 4th hot tub, so I have seen a few hot tub operations. When my wife and I walked into WIndRIver, we were amazed by the showroom. Just hot tubs...no barbeque's or pool tables or patio sets...just hot tubs. A real first class showroom! Rick introduced himself and showed us the the tubs. I wanted something small for a deck off of our bedroom. We looked at several possible tubs. There was no hype or high pressure from Rick. He just wanted to take care of us in a most professional manner...and he did. He came out to our home to inspect the deck to be sure it would be safe. He recommended adding an additional support , which I did. A week later the tub was delivered by WindRiver. The delivery men were polite and they knew what they were doing. The hot tub was up and running within an hour! It has been a couple of months now since delivery. Rick has called and emailed twice to make sure we were happy with the tub and it was working well. Gayle and I have completely enjoyed the "WindRiver" experience! Professional, polite and experts at what they do. As far as we are concerned their high level of service and quality of their tubs cannot be topped. We know how important referrals are to any business. Rick and WindRIver will get our referrals, for sure.

We made this purchase almost one year ago. I always see reviews of items right after someone has gotten an item. I wanted to give my review after we had gotten this Hot tub and had been owners for over a year.
THIS IS THE BEST PURCHASE EVER!!
My husband says that every time we go in it. I just say, every Day I use it, yes I am in it every day, "AAAWWWwwwwwwwwwwww."
We got this Hot tub two months after I had gone through my second lumbar fusion. I knew that I needed it for my recovery. I needed it to help with my pain management. It exceeded my expectations and more.
When Rick came to our house to discuss his line of Hot tubs, he was extremely helpful in our making our decision. He gave us a suggestion on what he felt would work best for our needs. We picked a model that was TWO STEPS UP for the one he felt would work for us. In other words there was no pressure from him for us to purchase.
I chose his company because of the quality of the Hot Tub for Colorado weather.
We have had friends,Children, Grandchildren and a 71 year old grandmother also enjoy our Hot tub. Tonight after Christmas shopping, decorating and cooking dinner, which had me on my feet for 3x longer than usual there was a light at the end of my pain tunnel, my HOT TUB. I give it a rating of a BAZILLION out of ten. Owners of a little over a year and still as thrilled 12 hrs after it was filled and turned on. Rick and his staff did a fantastic job of getting us into this marvelous tub.

My wife and I love our new"to us" spa. It looks and works great.The entire experience was very positive and I will be highly recommending Wind River Spas to anyone that is looking. 

The 2 guys, I don't know their names, that delivered the tub were great. They were very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.  I am very impressed with the care they used to make sure the tub was just the way that I wanted it. Hi Rick,

The removal and the re-installation went very smoothly. Your installation crew was extremely courteous, and we felt very comfortable with them. We are loving the new spa, using it every-day in the mornings, as it helps the old muscles. Just to let you know, this our third Wind River Spa. We purchased our first one 1979 at our first house, then we moved east of Firestone and lasted about 3 months without a hot tub, so we went and purchased a second one in 1988.  It lasted until this past November, when we decided it was time for a new one. Here we are with our  third Wind River spa and enjoying every minute of it.
