I will tell you, when the spa was first delivered, I stressed for several days, it was much bigger on my patio than in the showroom! We took that opportunity to add to the patio, I haven't regretted my purchase since. We use the spa nearly every night. I have a lot of trouble with my back, due to my job, and in turn have a lot of trouble sleeping. Well with our evening de-stress time in the spa, my back is better and I sleep better than I have in years. Of course my kids are enjoying hosting hot tub parties! Maintenance of the spa is simple, the filter is easy to take out and clean. I am looking forward to getting a lot of use out of our new spa!

Rick, I wanted to write and let you know how happy we are with our purchase of our hot tub from Wind Rivers. With both my husband and myself with bad backs and the comfort of our hot tub we are using it quite often and enjoying every moment. We've always dreamed about having a hot tub, and finally, we did it! Aside from having kids, I do not hesitate to say it is the BEST decision we've made! Making such a big purchase felt like an unnecessary splurge and it took us a while to get comfortable with it. Surely, we have other home priorities yet we agree we would do this again in a heartbeat. Here's why: First, having a hot tub has brought our family together. We've had the hot tub for three months now, and almost every morning or evening, we are in it. TALKING. As a couple, I feel like we've renewed our vows! We spend time in a relaxing way discussing what's on our minds. As a family, I feel all caught up with our kids, and know all the details and stories from their day, that otherwise were not shared as we must have been watching TV or something mundane before. Secondly, we are doing something good for our bodies. The therapy and relaxing has no doubt given a pleasurable treat to ourselves. Before we purchased, we spent a lot of time researching the best spas, and it was obvious Wind River Spas would gain our business. You will see that too, if you visit competitors and then Wind River Spas. The customer service from the beginning to end was the best we've experienced. Rick (the owner) and Nelson (our salesperson) earned our trust as they educated us about the special way their spas are designed so that rodents or other animals cannot get into the foam interior. Nelson had us take a walk through their back "junk yard" where we saw such problems of spas from other manufacturers. The visual was clear in our head as we went home and discussed the benefits of Wind River Spas. I couldn't imagine purchasing from another company after seeing that. Also, knowing that these spas are made in Colorado, and can handle the climate here was a big drive. We felt Nelson answered our questions honestly and thoughtfully. I was concerned about noise since we'd be putting our spa on an upper level deck. Nelson warned me that yes, at times there might be a loud vibration. He had a solution for it if it turns out that's an issue. Thankfully, it has not been the case. Again, the unique way the interior motor is cased, this spa is leaps and bounds above others in terms of noise and protection. The ozonator has kept our spa clean and we need to use very few chemicals to keep it that way. I love that. Another reason Wind River Spas sets itself apart from other companies is that Rick comes to your home to inspect the future location of your spa. He is checking to see if there are foreseen issues to ensure a good experience. We were very impressed by this. The small business feel of personal attention and care is extremely comforting. Finally, as mentioned, our spa was going to be put on an exterior second floor deck. Nelson arranged the crane and set everything up seamlessly. On delivery day, we were pleasantly surprised to see Nelson himself, at our home to ensure everything went well. He gave us a tutorial on everything we needed to know and gave clear instructions for maintenance and future care. Everything was incredibly smooth and pleasant. If you are contemplating a spa purchase, I hope this will help. I am so grateful we did not wait and moved it up on our dream list. The benefit it has given our family is beyond what I imagined. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Wind River Spas and would recommend them to anyone.

We had been exploring the idea of owning a hot tub for some years but it wasn’t until I was referred to Wind River Spas by a friend that this soon became a reality. Rick, the owner of Wind River scheduled an onsite visit at our home to discuss the various spa options, review our backyard layout and was very patient with us and all of our questions. After reviewing some of the literature we wanted to visit the showroom to see the spas firsthand –where Rick again spent time with us reviewing all the quality materials that are used in their spa builds, compared various models and we discussed the limited maintenance tasks to ensure the life of the tub. We were very pleased that the owner of the company would spend so much time with us on and individual level and was readily available for any questions along the way including follow up phone calls or emails loaded with even more questions. The delivery crew was just as professional – positioned the tub exactly where I wanted it and spent the time reviewing all of the features with me before leaving. Overall this has been a very easy experience and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. We enjoy the tub almost every evening and it’s a great way to unwind and distress after a busy day. I will highly recommend this company to any of my friends who are interested in owning a spa as the thoroughness and professionalism of Wind River and its staff is unbeatable.

Hi Rick,

The delivery and set up of our hot tub went very well. Your team did an excellent job in placing and setting up the tub. They were friendly, helpful, and professional in telling us what they were doing and in how to operate the tub. They obviously wanted us to have the perfect experience!

We have used the tub morning and night every day since last Tuesday. I can tell you that for the next several years we likely will use the tub daily. We are very impressed by the intelligent features and engineering of the tub. Thanks for all the guidance and education during the sale as well.

We are loving the spa, have been in it every night since delivery.  It has helped with my restless leg syndrome, can sleep better and it is very relaxing.  It also has helped my son with his back.  He is really enjoying it.

I would definitely recommend Wind River to others, your honest, delivery of spa was as schedule.  Your crew was professional, courteous and respectful to my property.  They waited until the spa was filled and working, gave us some instructions afterwards.

Thanks again for your expertise on spas, you gave us options to choose from and you didn't try to push me into a new spa.

Hi Rick,

The spa is awesome!!! The guys that installed it were amazing too. Very nice, professional and went over everything in great detail. You'll see in the picture that we wanted it up against our patio and the pad was installed perfectly so the tub sits exactly where we wanted it. 

The kids were so excited we used it as a pool before the water was heated all the way. Then much to our surprise it was at 104 in about 6 hours. We've used it every day and sometimes more than once. 

It has been a great experience and we are so glad we went with Wind River!!!

The Timberline is great.  It’s my second Wind River in 11 years and wont be my last.  Everyone at Wind River is knowledgeable and great to deal with. Tyler was patient  and great to deal with even though I changed the color twice.  The delivery crew was great as well and was patient as we located the hot tub on the deck, allowing me to drill thru the floor pan and deck to route the wiring up from below the deck.  I’ve had 2 spas delivered and one moved and stored between houses.  All experiences were good….not the norm for most companies today.  Thanks!

Hi Rick!

First I have to say that it's a nice touch having the owner of a spa company (especially an owner of spa company who actually manufactures the spa) email us to see how we are doing, is a nice touch.

We literally looked at hot tubs for 2 years before we bought one.  My best guess is that we visited your store 10 times.  Bullfrog, cal spas, jacuzzi, and all the other brands is what we looked at.  We saw all kinds of "deals" and decided Wind River was the way to go.  Each time we visited your store we felt like there was a sense of confidence from your employees.  Wind River had the personal touch.  It was clear that each of your employees knew we'd be back.  It was ok to take our time to make a decision. 

Justin was who we dealt with most of the time.  I also talked to Nick at least 5 times leading up to delivery.  They both were fantastic and answered all of our questions.  Justin expressed how his kids learned to hold their breath, swim, and be comfortable in water because of it.  We're already enjoying the family time (without phones and TV) in our hot tub.  We couldn't be happier with our purchase. 

I've wanted a hot tub my entire life.  I'm so happy we went with Wind River!  I know a few people who have one and they were very encouraging.  I'd recommend Wind River to everyone just as they did.

Thank for your follow up and for making a fantastic hot tub.  I'm confident we will enjoy it for years!

What a great spa from a great company!!  We've had the Typhoon spa now for a month.  It exceeds all of our expectations!  The design of each sitting position provides unique jet configurations.  Rotating between them provides an exceptional message experience.  Additionally, the thoughtful placement of the main control screen and two accessory controls, make it really easy to control the two main pumps, lights and the stir feature used when adding pH and Chlorine shock chemicals.  The spa uses an ozonizer making it unnecessary to maintain chlorine or bromine levels.  Anyone purchasing a hot tub should understand this benefit.  Also, we opted for the stereo option which we are so glad for. The speakers are placed behind the speakers, enabling us to listen to relaxing music at low volume while the main pumps are running.  Lastly I can't say enough about the company.  The experience was exceptional from our first visit through delivery.  We received no-pressure education and help with our planning and configuration.  The delivery was on time and meticulous.  This is a company that is justifiably proud of their superior product and service.  Anyone considering a hot tub should be sure to visit this company. We are certainly happy that we did!
