Wind River Spas proves there is still a business that delivers a great product and where customer service
drives its action. I would give them 5 stars for their product and customer service.
Tub damage was noticed shortly after installation. One phone call and a couple of pictures later, Wind
River said it would send a new tub, without me even saying a word. There was no push back. Wind
River accepted full responsibility, apologized for the issue and put me in the front of the line for building
a new custom tub to replace the damaged one. They did everything to remove the old one, and replaced
it with the new one. I just added water and turned it on.
Right from the initial install, there was excellent communication from delivery reminders to reaching out
on day of delivery (which was on time). There was also follow up communication, making sure
everything was to my satisfaction during deliver/install and to answer any questions relating to use and
operation. This continued for the reinstall as well.
The tub itself (Steamboat model) is great, it has been easy to use and maintain. The jets are well placed
with good options and strong streams of water/air for hydrotherapy. Control console is easy to
understand and use, and the lighting options provide great functionality.
I would highly recommend Wind River Spas for its great product, excellent customer support, and
willingness to honor its promises and guarantees.

Our entire experience with Wind River Spas was exceedingly positive, beginning with the very first contact made with Rick. Every question I sent received a prompt and thorough response. I never once felt any pressure to purchase during that time. Rick was helpful and wanted to make sure we had all of the right information to make a decision. When I explained our budget, Rick provided several options that might work within that range and shared his personal experiences to help us narrow down our choices. Our experience in the showroom was relaxed and helped us to finalize our options, again free of pressure and without feeling rushed. We walked away with a comprehensive knowledge of the product we were buying. The purchase process itself lends to a low pressure sales experience where you have plenty of time to decide if this is the right fit for you. Once we got closer to our delivery date, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a video of our spa being made in the factory. That was beyond exciting for us! Communication for delivery was smooth and all of the staff on that side of the process were also professional, thorough, and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would encourage anyone who is in the market for a spa to go with Wind River. Not only is the product top notch, but the entire buying experience was more positive than we could have imagined. I don't think I've had better customer service anywhere. Thanks to Rick, Zach, and the rest of the Wind River team for giving us an amazing experience!

The crew that delivered the tub was great.  Professional friendly and made sure the tub was set where we needed it. It is always great to see the part of the business most people deal with be so professional.

We are loving our spa, have been in it every day since it was installed!  It's a wonderful way to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

The installation crew did a great job, it was a bit of a challenge getting it under the deck, but all went smoothly!
