Thank you for following up with us as the owner, soon after after our purchase of a Wind River Hot tub. We recognize this is a family owned business and we can tell.

Our customer service has been truly outstanding.  The keystone for us to that great service has been Bryton Comeno.

He has continually been very reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, and he really wears Wind River on his sleeve.

Anytime he has not answered your phones at the showroom, other staff a have been completely professional.

The quality, design, and construction of your hot tubs is really honed for our use and I can tell is long lasting. I have had years of construction experience and note that much of what you do has a lot of thought behind it.  Thank you to also the design and build team.

Kudos to the whole team for our hot tub experience with Wind River. And.. I wanted to give Bryton the compliment he deserves.. he has really shined above the norm!

After about a year of researching, we set our sights on a Windriver Spa and it’s one of the best investments we have made. We have had our spa for over a year and we still use it at least 3-4 times a week. We are glad that we did not skimp on the number of jets, as the therapeutic aspect of this tub has been so important for us. Also important has been the ease of maintenance (or really lack maintenance needed). The purchase process was simple and the delivery crew friendly and helpful. Since installation they have quickly responded to any questions we have had while adjusting to our first spa. I would highly recommend buying from this local, family owned business. Thanks again! A good friend of mine has a Wind River hot tub and after using hers (and many others over the years), I knew I had to have one! The ordering process was astoundingly simple, and the WR team was excellent at communicating and being flexible as our timeline changed a few times. The delivery team was THE BEST delivery team for any delivery that I have ever had. What a great crew; I cannot recommend enough! We are so happy with our spa and use it every day.

This is our 4th hot tub - our 1st in Colorado. It is by far the best we've ever had. And the audio system is amazing!  Thanks for making such a quality product.

Sue and I couldn’t be more pleased with the hot tub. Our original motivation for the purchase was therapeutic; hoping to alleviate the aches, pains, and arthritis creeping up on us as we get older. We’ve both worked some hot tub time into our daily routine and were just discussing this morning what a positive impact we feel it has already had for each of us. It has also been a delight taking a soak and watching the sunset over the open space. Our only regret is not making this purchase sooner!

As for the installation, your crew was on time, personable, and professional. They answered a couple of questions for us and helped us finalize the best orientation for the tub. We have nothing but positive things to say about that team of three. I’m sorry I didn’t commit their names to memory, but I’m sure you know who they were.
