Rick,

Just a quick note to say thank you and tell you about a customer service experience from the Lafayette location.

We purchased an Aspen model in 2016 and one of the big reasons was that you guys were local and were highly regarded for customer service. We thought this might come in handy if we ever had any problems with the spa in the future and this proved to be true when I noticed an ozonator failure today. I went over to the Lafayette location which is less than 5 miles from my home and spoke with Kevin, who I remembered from when he moved our spa to our new home. He took a few minutes to educate me on what my spa was doing without even having to come look at it.

As a hot tub novice, I can also say how nice it was being able to access the internals and change out parts so easily. From start to finish I had this repaired in an hour including my trip to the Lafayette store.

In addition to having a top notch product you seem to have great people working for you and that is hard to find as a customer.
