Wind River delivered and set up our tub last week where we live on a mountain lot. The crew, led by Dominic, was so synchronized and efficient that it was amazing watching them. They off-loaded the spa on its side on a sled to drag up our flagstone walkway. They took such great care to roll out an extremely long runner to protect the stone. The crew looked like they were moving stones for the pyramids in Egypt. Slowly and carefully, they pushed/pulled the spa on its sled (avoiding using a crane) up to its resting place on the upslope deck on our house. Once positioned, they slowly let it down. Immediately, the crew went into a fast break with each member doing what they were trained to do to set up the tub and then check out the entire system for me. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the tub. We are so happy that it arrived just before the snow up here. BTW, I am unrelated to WR and was provided no incentive or remuneration to write this review. Simply, WR is the best spa manufacturer here in CO.
