Dear Rick,
Once again your company and employees have exceeded my expectations. I bought my hot tub in December of 2004. I did extensive research and studied many hot tubs, spas and companies. Your company won my business not only because your sales staff because of the exceptional product you build here in Colorado. When I came into your office on Galapago Street, Justin Nickerson never tired to “sell” me a hot tub. He instead spent a leisurely 2 to 2.5 hours speaking with me about my needs, explaining to me my options, showing me your product line and sharing his personal expertise and insights with me about your products. I felt no pressure or desperation from Justin to sell me a tub. I left feeling like a valued visitor and potential customer. Once I decided to buy my hot tub the choice was easy. I felt confident that I had made the best choice possible. You personally came to my home to check out my potential placement, gave me suggestions and set up delivery of my new purchase.

Since then I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I still use my tub three to four times a week. I find the maintenance and care trouble free. I have sent several friends to you to buy tubs but that is not why I am writing my letter today. I wanted to also tell you how pleased I am with my recent service call. I recently developed a small leek and was loosing water. When I called your office I again spoke to Justin who remembered my purchase and me. He took the time to look up my records, he explained my options, discussed what was covered by my warranty and scheduled my appointment. Justin assured me the problem would be fixed and that Tim would “Take good care of me”. Having spent hours waiting for Comcast and Qwest on service calls, I was expecting the worst. I had visions of expensive repairs, weeks to get my tub back in working order and hours waiting on a service man to show during the “window” of time given to me…my heart was sinking. On the day of my appointment Tim called to say he was on his way, showed up early and went right to work. He was confident and worked efficiently. He identified the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. He cleaned up his workspace and gave me directions on when to fill my tub. My tub is again full and fully functioning but best of all your company covered the repairs with no hassle or efforts to extract additional dollars out of me, the consumer. I am so pleased that I have found a company with integrity and honesty. I love my tub and am very thankful for the way you run your business.
