Before I called Windriver, I had been very confused and discouraged when talking to other companies about selecting the right tub, where to put it, and how to get it installed properly. Rick personally visited our home, which is a service not provided by other hot tub dealers that I had spoken with. Rick showed me where the tub would be the most appealing and easy to access in our backyard patio space and he spent a lot of time thoroughly explaining the options and benefits of a Windriver Spa. It was a great experience to be working with a professional who has specialized in his business for. 23 years. My husband and I also went to Windriver’s showroom and again Rick spent a lot of time showing us the various features and benefits and answered all of our questions. Also, Rick aligned me with the electrician and concrete contractors that we needed to utilize to get the space ready for the installation of the hot tub. They have been aligned with Rick for many years and were also knowledgable, responsive, and professional. The delivery and installation was also on the day promised and went seamlessly!
