I first ended up in the Lafayette location not realizing that’s primarily the factory and not really the showroom, but your operations guy told me everything about what makes your product unique and gave me a full tour of the factory. That really made an impression on me.

When I visited the actual showroom with my wife and the kid, Zach was just as helpful, and was especially good at helping us narrow down all the different options. From a sales focused experience, it was probably the most pleasant I’ve ever had. On top of that, this showroom is a thing of beauty. The kid area is not only amazing, but absolutely brilliant. What a great way to keep the kids busy and off my back while I’m trying to narrow down the specs on a hot tub!

I considered other brands, but from that first experience in Lafayette, something told me you guys were different! I can’t wait to enjoy your hot tub for years to come.

Leadership, sales, and service were all outstanding. We are extremely happy with Wind River. We have owned several spas in the past and Wind River as a product is the best. LOVE the space heater inside the cabinet. We replaced a Spa when we returned home from a trip and found out that we had a 4000 pound ice cube (spa) on our deck when the CB for the 240 tripped - winter time.

It's been a little over a month since we had our spa put in and we just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new Windriver Spa. This is our second Windriver Spa, the first one was before you actually owned the company. We love the new spa with the maintenance free skirting and very little chemicals needed. The spa is just awesome. I've been dreaming about having my own place with a spa for 20+ years, so this is a big deal for me. The whole process from Tyler's house visit through the delivery and installation has been very smooth and professional. I'm glad that a friend made me aware of Wind River Spas--I feel like I got a well-built product that will provide many years of enjoyment. It's also nice to be contacted by the owner of the company to make sure everything went well; it shows that you stand by your products and care about your customers.
