My first Wind River spa was purchased 20 years ago and we loved it so we went back for the new version of the same hot tub and we are loving this one just as much if not more. The cost may be higher but you see the difference in quality of workmanship over the competition and we are supporting a Colorado company.

Great tech support. If there is any issue, they quickly help you resolve it. When I needed someone on site, they showed up quickly, fixed the problem quickly and hassle free and did more than they needed to make it affordable. Best customer service in my experience.

Tom's attention to detail was impressive! He explained how the spa was designed and supposed to work, along with options to resolve the problem. I continue to appreciate Wind River because customer service and satisfaction are paramount. That's precisely why we are repeat customers 👍
