Zach did a great job in helping us understand/explain options for our first hot tub. The delivery crew also did a great job. They had to redeliver the steps to get into the tub, i had it within two hours of delivery. I am very happy we went Wind River Spas everyone we worked with were great, and we were supporting a local Colorado company. I would recommend considering them when getting a hot tub.

Wind River Spas is awesome! Great, friendly, knowledgeable salesperson was very helpful and informative in all aspects when we were looking for and selecting our hot tub. Their communication throughout the entire sales, build, delivery, and installation process was excellent. Great site visit to ensure everything would work well. Efficient, friendly, and professional installation crew. All around, a great experience working with them; and most importantly, they build an excellent product and we love our new hot tub! Highly recommended!

Hi Rick, The hot tub is terrific. We have really enjoyed it. The installation crew did a great job. Here
is a photo of my daughter, son in law and grandson warming up after playing in the snow. They are

forgot the name Wind River. Now we're ready to make this awesome purchase.

You ought to know that before I left my home with Laura, I told her we were not buying at the first place we stopped.
We started with you folks because of the old buddy of mine. We made that drive down Santa Fe Drive to your place
and I was so impressed, the decision was easy. That is a testament to your product, your staff, and the feel we had.

The great thing is a neighbor stopped by today who is in the same market -- I told him my story and sent him your way.
I'm sure he'll make a visit soon! And by the way, Tyler was fantastic. Patient and informative. A salesman? Yes. But
it's easy to sell a good product!! And he represents you folks very, very well.

Hi Rick:

We are ELATED! The delivery could not have gone more smoothly. I received a call about 20 minutes before the guys
were to arrive and they were right on time. Courteous and professional was the crew, and I made sure to give them a
tip that was easily going to over lunch for their hard work. I received a nice talk on the operation of the spa, which I
really appreciated.

The electrician, Shane LaGrange, was fantastic. He was professional and personable. Now I realize that he is not an
employee of yours, but I can tell you he is worth using in every job you have!

I am a lawyer by trade Rick. I deal with customer service every single day and I can tell you I am not so sure I have
EVER encountered a more professional outfit than yours. If you ever need a guy who teaches trial lawyers across the
county how to speak in public to sing your company's praises, just say the word.
