My tub needed a cleaning due to personal errors & Wind River had a tech out the next day to clean my tub top to bottom and confirm everything was working perfectly. Best service and quality in town!

Everything about my experience buying a Wind River Spa as surpassed expectations. From Kevin in the Lafayette showroom helping us decide what's right for us, the many different options you have, getting to do a wet test in your main showroom, which is beautifully arranged, getting a video of my spa being "born", the friendly and competent delivery experience, and your post-sales support. We just love our new spa, and we now understand why everyone who has a Wind River says they are the best spa you can buy in Colorado.

Everything went exceptionally well. They drained the old hot tub, removed it, and had a new one in in an hour and a half. Everybody was extremely friendly and efficient. This was my second spa with Wind Rivers. Would highly recommend them.
