Rick,
I used the hot tub for the first time this morning and It was awesome! The young man that went over the instructions that was in charge of the install was a great help. I was surprised when he said he would be willing to stay at my house until the tub filled up and he would start it. I told him no thank you and that shows a deep dedication to your company. That young man deserves a raise.
While in my hot tub I will be reading up and watching videos about my Wind River hot tub. Thanks again for all the follow up and the great work you guys do.
PS: I do know that young man is your son and he did a great job.

My wife and I stopped by Wind River spas on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at their selection. Our house had a wind river spa from previous owner that was about 13 years old. The owner, Rick Hallett, was there that day and was very gracious with his time answering our many questions about the newer models. I really appreciated Rick’s patience and his candid responses regarding wind river spas vs. other products on the market. There wasn’t any pressure to upsell us to more than what we wanted or needed. These guys make a great product that is priced right vs. other hot tubs on the market. Rick’s crew also did a great job removing the old spa and installing the new one. Definitely recommend Wind River for future spa purchase!

I am thoroughly enjoying my new hot tub. It is what I look forward to on the drive home from work. Your staff was wonderful, from sales to installation. Your having an electrician available was especially convenient. You had everything set up to make the process effortless on my part. Thank you!
