From the initial in store shopping and demonstration to final delivery, I really enjoyed working with Wind River! Their professionalism, attention to details, communication and friendliness were outstanding!

Working with Wind River Spas was a perfect purchase. I had ordered a spa from you during COVID but had to cancel because my business started to slow.  This time around, I decided to revisit your showroom and see if I still wanted a spa.  Nelson helped me and I liked what he had to offer so much, I decided to make the purchase.
The whole transaction from start to finish happened as promised, no hiccups. Using your recommended electrician (John), was the best decision since he was familiar with your spas and knew how your installation process worked.  All of the young men on your delivery team, were nice and respectful. Your lead delivery person made sure I understood how to take care of my spa and left easy to follow instructions.
When I first checked out your spas, I knew if I made a spa purchase, it would only be a Wind River Spa. I have owned spas in the past and I could see the difference in the quality right away, it also helped that you have an inviting showroom and knowledgeable staff.

I have owned spas in the past and I think the Wind River Spa is the best made, especially for Colorado. Easy to maintain with local knowledgeable staff. Buying process was easy, delivered on time with a nice group of young men. Make sure you check out the Wind River Spa, before buying.
