Just a quick note to say thank you and tell you about a customer service experience from the Lafayette location.

We purchased an Aspen model in 2016 and one of the big reasons was that you guys were local and were highly regarded for customer service. We thought this might come in handy if we ever had any problems with the spa in the future and this proved to be true when I noticed an ozonator failure today. I went over to the Lafayette location which is less than 5 miles from my home and spoke with Kevin, who I remembered from when he moved our spa to our new home. He took a few minutes to educate me on what my spa was doing without even having to come look at it.

As a hot tub novice, I can also say how nice it was being able to access the internals and change out parts so easily. From start to finish I had this repaired in an hour including my trip to the Lafayette store.

In addition to having a top notch product you seem to have great people working for you and that is hard to find as a customer.

Thank you very much for all your help. The guys that brought the spa over to my house were some of the most professional guys I have had the pleasure of working with. They got the spa installed exactly the way I wanted it, and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. They also ensured the area was absolutely cleaned up from all of their equipment and packaging materials before they left. I couldn't have been any happier with the way everything went. We got the hot tub all hooked up and it is everything we were hoping for. Thank you again for the quality of the hot tub, and the professionalism in which your company handles all it's business.

The Wind River spa we just purchased is the dream come true our family has been waiting for. From sales to set-up to finally dipping our toes in, everything went really smoothly. It is an awesome feeling each time we get in to relax. We enjoy watching the lights, listening to the waterfall and feeling the jets. All our aches and pains seem to melt away.

We love our spa and use it daily! The delivery was super fast and the start up was even faster. Wind River Spas is a great company to work with and we highly recommend buying your spa from them.

Everything about our experience with your Wind River Spas has been first rate and positive. Rick, the owner, personally made the purchasing process easy and pressure-less. The installation crew was excellent. They were extremely efficient, coordinated perfectly with the crane that we needed to place the tub on our deck, with our electrician to make sure everything worked properly, and with us, to make sure we understood how to operate our tub, and how to get the most enjoyment from it. Post installation follow up has been excellent as well.

For us, selecting a hot tub was an important decision. First, our home in Breckenridge is at an elevation of about 10,700 ft, requiring a product designed to perform well, in that harsh environment. Next since we rent our home when we are not personally using it, we needed a tub that would be very inviting for our guests, and would look great, and be extremely reliable with regular use.

I am pleased to say, that after 2 years of use we believe the Wind River spa we selected has really hit the mark at every level. It has proven easy to use and maintain, providing a great après ski experience in winter, and a relaxing spot to wind down the day in summer. We have had no problems with it at all, and our utility bills have been quite reasonable, even through this past winter which was one of the harshest on record. It even it comes with a rubber ducky!

We are very happy with our purchase, and can enthusiastically recommend Wind River to others.
