My wife and I stopped by Wind River spas on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at their selection. Our house had a wind river spa from previous owner that was about 13 years old. The owner, Rick Hallett, was there that day and was very gracious with his time answering our many questions about the newer models. I really appreciated Rick’s patience and his candid responses regarding wind river spas vs. other products on the market. There wasn’t any pressure to upsell us to more than what we wanted or needed. These guys make a great product that is priced right vs. other hot tubs on the market. Rick’s crew also did a great job removing the old spa and installing the new one. Definitely recommend Wind River for future spa purchase!

Even though the weather has been frightful and the evenings have come with 12 degree temperatures, we still have enjoyed our new spa. We are so happy to have found Wind River Spas. Having had spas in Florida, none compared to our new Wind River. Every detail is perfect from the jet placement, configuration of the seats, convenient hand holds , neat ledges for our feet and on and on. The process of buying our spa from our informative trip to the sales office, to the installation crew, was effortless and extremely timely. It was very neat to watch your talented crew work in the snow to get our spa quickly unloaded, installed and running. Each person we dealt with was polite, informed and on time. We look forward to years of enjoyment in our new spa!

Just a quick note to say thank you and tell you about a customer service experience from the Lafayette location.
We purchased an Aspen model in 2016 and one of the big reasons was that you guys were local and were highly regarded for customer service. We thought this might come in handy if we ever had any problems with the spa in the future and this proved to be true when I noticed an ozonator failure today. I went over to the Lafayette location which is less than 5 miles from my home and spoke with Kevin, who I remembered from when he moved our spa to our new home. He took a few minutes to educate me on what my spa was doing without even having to come look at it.
As a hot tub novice, I can also say how nice it was being able to access the internals and change out parts so easily. From start to finish I had this repaired in an hour including my trip to the Lafayette store.
In addition to having a top notch product you seem to have great people working for you and that is hard to find as a customer.

Thank you very much for all your help. The guys that brought the spa over to my house were some of the most professional guys I have had the pleasure of working with. They got the spa installed exactly the way I wanted it, and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. They also ensured the area was absolutely cleaned up from all of their equipment and packaging materials before they left. I couldn't have been any happier with the way everything went. We got the hot tub all hooked up and it is everything we were hoping for. Thank you again for the quality of the hot tub, and the professionalism in which your company handles all it's business.
