Thank you so much for getting our new spa here before all the grandchildren arrived. Your crew was wonderful!!  I was able to wire it and get it running that afternoon before all the snow came.  If I ever drive across the country to NH again (did 9 times during pandemic) I’ll be towing a trailer with one of your spas.

Leadership, sales, and service were all outstanding. We are extremely happy with Wind River. We have owned several spas in the past and Wind River as a product is the best. LOVE the space heater inside the cabinet. We replaced a Spa when we returned home from a trip and found out that we had a 4000 pound ice cube (spa) on our deck when the CB for the 240 tripped - winter time.

Wind River Spas continues to impress! We've had our hot tub for 5 years and the service we've received has been incredible each time we've interacted with the team. There aren't many companies left that provide this level of service - if I could give 10 stars, I would!

We enjoyed every touch point with Wind River on our journey to new spa ownership. The website made it easy and transparent to design & price our dream spa online. Our experience with Rick in the showroom was fantastic and gave us the assured confidence to finalize our purchase. It only took 3 weeks for our new hot tub to be custom built and delivered. Wind River effectively kept us in the loop every step of the way. We appreciated the in-person visit to our home to ensure our site was 100% ready for installation. And the recommended electrician was super. The delivery crew was prompt and careful. They spent extra time educating us on all the important details of spa ownership. Last, but not least, we love the end product: perfect size & layout, quiet jet pumps, clean smelling water (no harsh chemicals), intuitive to operate and looks fantastic.  Thanks Wind River for a great spa experience!
