First I have to say that it's a nice touch having the owner of a spa company (especially an owner of spa company who actually manufactures the spa) email us to see how we are doing, is a nice touch.

We literally looked at hot tubs for 2 years before we bought one. My best guess is that we visited your store 10 times. Bullfrog, cal spas, jacuzzi, and all the other brands is what we looked at. We saw all kinds of "deals" and decided Wind River was the way to go. Each time we visited your store we felt like there was a sense of confidence from your employees. Wind River had the personal touch. It was clear that each of your employees knew we'd be back. It was ok to take our time to make a decision.

Justin was who we dealt with most of the time. I also talked to Nick at least 5 times leading up to delivery. They both were fantastic and answered all of our questions. Justin expressed how his kids learned to hold their breath, swim, and be comfortable in water because of it. We're already enjoying the family time (without phones and TV) in our hot tub. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I've wanted a hot tub my entire life. I'm so happy we went with Wind River! I know a few people who have one and they were very encouraging. I'd recommend Wind River to everyone just as they did.

What a great spa from a great company!! We've had the Typhoon spa now for a month. It exceeds all of our expectations! The design of each sitting position provides unique jet configurations. Rotating between them provides an exceptional message experience. Additionally, the thoughtful placement of the main control screen and two accessory controls, make it really easy to control the two main pumps, lights and the stir feature used when adding pH and Chlorine shock chemicals. The spa uses an ozonizer making it unnecessary to maintain chlorine or bromine levels. Anyone purchasing a hot tub should understand this benefit. Also, we opted for the stereo option which we are so glad for. The speakers are placed behind the speakers, enabling us to listen to relaxing music at low volume while the main pumps are running. Lastly I can't say enough about the company. The experience was exceptional from our first visit through delivery. We received no-pressure education and help with our planning and configuration. The delivery was on time and meticulous. This is a company that is justifiably proud of their superior product and service. Anyone considering a hot tub should be sure to visit this company. We are certainly happy that we did!

This letter is a follow up to our hot tub purchase from the Spa Exchange. We have had it filled with water for (10) days now. I am so happy with the quality and design of our Wind River Spa I wanted to write a few words of appreciation.

What prompted me to purchase a Wind River Spa was the way it was constructed which I was able to evaluate in your showroom as there was a spa with a cutaway on display. The insulated panels, the insulation type on the underside of the shell, the material used for the bottom surface, the shell and the plumbing all looked of good quality and assembled with care. The control panel, which controls the entire operation of the hot tub, was very straightforward to wire. In short, I like the design and assembly of the Wind River Spas.

I filled our tub on Thursday December 23rd, the temperature at our house was 8 degrees Fahrenheit. At 10:00 pm the tub was at 102 degrees, the temperature I had set. Using the hot tub at this temperature I would of expected tot see a drop in the water temperature due to the ambient air temperature. The hot tub maintained 102 degrees in a surrounding air temperature close to 0 degrees. With that said, the heater is designed for Colorado conditions. Lastly, it is obvious that there has been some thought put into the design (size and efficiency) of the pump and jet systems as the flow rate and pressure from these systems is optimized and pleasing to be in.

I have and will continue to recommend to people considering a hot tub purchase to go to your showroom and check out your spas. The Turnkey Concept of a hot tub purchase that you guys use is the way to go. When I say this, I am referring to the initial sale, the site visit you guys do, the delivery and startup, the laminated maintenance and reference sheets provide at delivery, and lastly the follow up, all of which were done. When people buy a hot tub, many don't think through to the startup, you guys have this covered and this is a very useful service. Your selection of spas and accessories is very complete. You guys do a good job.

Your service guy was awesome!. He stayed in touch with me all through the process we had to go through here with some electrical issues we had that had nothing to do with you guys, but was related to our service panel. After all that was resolved, he called us last night after he got home (on Friday night) just to make sure we were okay. We are very impressed, though not surprised, because we had done lots of research on your company before we bought, and knew your customers were very high on your customer service.

They were right! We are more than happy with your project and your service.

But thanks a lot for checking, and give you service manager a gold metal from us. Just like everyone else I have interacted with at Wind River, he was absolutely amazing!

Thanks so much to Nathan and his amazing crew. Because a crane could not be used to install our spa, they had to slide it down the hill on to a lower deck, across the lower deck, up a flight of stairs onto the upper deck and then set it on a platform below the level of the deck. They did all this in snow! Before that, they had to remove our old hot tub through the same route. Nathan proved that he was the man who could figure out how to make it work. Again, thanks to Nathan and his crew for their very hard work under difficult conditions. I think they could install a spa just about anywhere!

We absolutely love this spa and highly recommend Wind River.
