I really appreciate you reaching out to us. I am thrilled my buddy many years ago told me about you folks and I never
forgot the name Wind River. Now we're ready to make this awesome purchase.

You ought to know that before I left my home with Laura, I told her we were not buying at the first place we stopped.
We started with you folks because of the old buddy of mine. We made that drive down Santa Fe Drive to your place
and I was so impressed, the decision was easy. That is a testament to your product, your staff, and the feel we had.

The great thing is a neighbor stopped by today who is in the same market -- I told him my story and sent him your way.
I'm sure he'll make a visit soon! And by the way, Tyler was fantastic. Patient and informative. A salesman? Yes. But
it's easy to sell a good product!! And he represents you folks very, very well.

Hi Rick:

We are ELATED! The delivery could not have gone more smoothly. I received a call about 20 minutes before the guys
were to arrive and they were right on time. Courteous and professional was the crew, and I made sure to give them a
tip that was easily going to over lunch for their hard work. I received a nice talk on the operation of the spa, which I
really appreciated.

The electrician, Shane LaGrange, was fantastic. He was professional and personable. Now I realize that he is not an
employee of yours, but I can tell you he is worth using in every job you have!

I am a lawyer by trade Rick. I deal with customer service every single day and I can tell you I am not so sure I have
EVER encountered a more professional outfit than yours. If you ever need a guy who teaches trial lawyers across the
county how to speak in public to sing your company's praises, just say the word.

I'm really enjoying the new hot tub! Thanks for all the communication and quick on-schedule delivery. The installers did a great job and went over operation and answered all my questions.

Hey Rick!

We absolutely love our new spa! We use it every single day (multiple times a day on most days) and couldn't be happier. Had our
family over for a spa party and they all loved it as well. We comfortably put 7 people in our Telluride spa. Love getting in at night and
gazing at the stars. Thanks to you and your great team!

Hi Rick thanks for checking in the spa is awesome Kathy and I have been in it almost every day since we got it. The install went great, the guys were friendly and helpful and explained everything. The whole experience was very easy and Justin was very helpful, I told him my budget and he explained the used spa process of your company rebuilding them and I was sold. I was very please when I did the wet test and Travis was very nice and explained everything and answered all my questions. I will and have recommended your company to friends and family. Thanks again for the easy purchase of a great spa.
