I wanted to take a few moments to share with you our experience with our recent purchase of two of your great spas. I haveowned a spa for years that finally needed replacement while Marta is a new owner. We did our research and made of list offeatures we were looking for and set out to visit the various spa dealers along the front range. Windriver was at the top of mylist so we decided to visit your factory showroom in Lafayette. We met up with Nelson there and he took us through thefeatures of the various spas and gave us a very extensive tour of the factory were we were able to watch spas being built.We were impressed by Nelson's knowledge and the factory floor visit and most importantly the features and quality of yourproduct. Although your spas seemed to be in the high end range of spas, when we received a quote, we were pleasantlysurprised to find the price to be more in line with the low end range of other spas brands that we had looked at. Continuous flow ozonator systemHaving owned a spa for years, I was thrilled to see this system in your spas. The water is so fresh and virtually chemicalfree that I no longer have the dry irritated skin I used to experience with my old spa. Great feature.
Easy access to spa plumbingThis was a major selling point for me as my old spa had started leaking and for the life of me I could not find the leak dueto the entire cavity being filled with foam. I think your design greatly superior in this area. No one expects their spa to leak,but I know from experience, that given Colorado's extreme temperature swings, it is inevitable that a leak could show upover time.
Choice of spa shell and skirtThis is a great feature. We both chose different shell and skirt colors and as such each have a custom spa to order. Welove this.
Last but certainly not least, the people at WindriverPeople make all the difference. Everyone we have dealt with at Windriver have been great. You have a tremendous team andwish to thank them all.

We are so pleased with the Wind River hot tub we purchased from you. I was especially impressed that when it was discovered that your manufacturing facility had not installed the Bluetooth option that we ordered you personally bent over backwards to make it right and get it installed as soon as possible. We are enjoying the hot tub almost every night and the music is a great addition. We are glad we made the decision to add it to the purchase. We are already recommending Wind River to family and friends when they are in the market. Your personnel touch as the owner was especially appreciated!!

This is our third purchase from Wind River and we are still happy with our choice. The ease of maintenance is still one of the biggest factors as to why we purchased our 3rd spa from Rick and the crew at Wind River.

While we did have a minor problem when the spa was delivered, Wind River came out and fixed the slight damage to the skirt within a week. Having more controls on this spa versus the last one we had is really nice. no matter where you happen to be sitting in the spa you are near a controller. We really like the new flip controllers for air introduction better than the old style.

So far so good.

My latest and greatest hot tub from Windriver. My wife and I love it. As a matter of fact I'm standing in your store now as my brother is now buying his first tub from you. Thanks again for th best hot tub.
