My tub needed a cleaning due to personal errors & Wind River had a tech out the next day to clean my tub top to bottom and confirm everything was working perfectly. Best service and quality in town!

Thank you so much for getting our new spa here before all the grandchildren arrived. Your crew was wonderful!!  I was able to wire it and get it running that afternoon before all the snow came.  If I ever drive across the country to NH again (did 9 times during pandemic) I’ll be towing a trailer with one of your spas.

Leadership, sales, and service were all outstanding. We are extremely happy with Wind River. We have owned several spas in the past and Wind River as a product is the best. LOVE the space heater inside the cabinet. We replaced a Spa when we returned home from a trip and found out that we had a 4000 pound ice cube (spa) on our deck when the CB for the 240 tripped - winter time.

Wind River Spas continues to impress! We've had our hot tub for 5 years and the service we've received has been incredible each time we've interacted with the team. There aren't many companies left that provide this level of service - if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Absolutely excellent! From Kevin in the showroom, Zach sending information, Rick sending a video of our spa being born, to Cisco and the delivery team. Everything went fantastic. We just took our first soak, and it was amazing. Thank you to Wind River Spas!
