We love our hot tub! Everything about the process went smoothly. The installation team was on time, professional and competent. When I called with a question, it was answered promptly and accurately.

We love the chemical free operation, and have been in the tub everyday since we got it!

Rick…thanks so much, the tub is terrific! We couldn’t be happier and it takes up less space on our tiny patio so that’s a plus. Larry uses daily and he’s the real fan of hot tubs and says this is the best. Nelson, Isaac and the other installer were so great to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Wind River will be recommended!

Rick, next week will mark 2 years since you installed our hot tub. Lyndy and I can't tell you how much we have enjoyed this tub. On average, we use it five nights a week the entire year. The only time we don't use it the tub is if it is windy, raining hard, or below 0 degrees (yea, we're soft).

The filtration system that you use allows us to soak each night without having to worry about itchy skin when we get out. The tub is very easy to maintain too. I rinse the filter once a week. The water stays sparkling clean.

The insulation that you use has helped to keep the monthly electric bills down. During the winter months, we probably spend about a $1 a day to run the tub. Summer time is less. You have made a great product!

Our new Wind River spa is wonderful, super easy to use and maintain and we would highly recommend it. The process of shopping for the spa with Wind River was pleasant and enjoyable and the delivery was excellent. They really gave me time and issues to contemplate, and suggestions when deciding how to orient the tub and they left with everything buttoned up. Overall we couldn't be happier.

Hi Rick, It has now been two weeks since the delivery of the Whisper and I can now offer this feedback. I have used the spa every evening and on a few mornings as well. With the cover half open, three-quarters open and fully off, I have explored all the jets and all the varied seating arrangements.

I like this Whisper…. I find the mid seat between the right front and the lounge very much to my liking. Surprisingly, I like and use the lounge, which I never did in the old spa. I have learned how to turn the light on & off so only the blue comes on, so I have overcome my issues with the lighting. I even find that I like the shallow foot well. The deep left front seat I just ignore.

So, after two weeks of use, I can say that I am quite pleased with this Whisper. I will give it loving care and look forward to a long warm life together.
