Our new Wind River spa is wonderful, super easy to use and maintain and we would highly recommend it. The process of shopping for the spa with Wind River was pleasant and enjoyable and the delivery was excellent. They really gave me time and issues to contemplate, and suggestions when deciding how to orient the tub and they left with everything buttoned up. Overall we couldn't be happier.

Hi Rick, It has now been two weeks since the delivery of the Whisper and I can now offer this feedback. I have used the spa every evening and on a few mornings as well. With the cover half open, three-quarters open and fully off, I have explored all the jets and all the varied seating arrangements.

I like this Whisper…. I find the mid seat between the right front and the lounge very much to my liking. Surprisingly, I like and use the lounge, which I never did in the old spa. I have learned how to turn the light on & off so only the blue comes on, so I have overcome my issues with the lighting. I even find that I like the shallow foot well. The deep left front seat I just ignore.

So, after two weeks of use, I can say that I am quite pleased with this Whisper. I will give it loving care and look forward to a long warm life together.

With what seems like an infinite amount of tub manufacturers and options we feel we were able to weed through them all and get the best product for our money. With the help of Kevin at the Lafayette site helping us at the start of our search and still answering questions when they arise was very encouraging and definatly helped us realize the importance of getting a tub made for Colorado from the oldest Colorado company. Nelson was also extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the build process and educated us on the materials and components used in these tubs vs most of the others on the market. Then when you personally made the site visit and helped us to decide on the right tub and set up this made us feel like were picking the right tub and company, I dont know of any other company that makes or offers to make this kind of effort from beginning to end, and this wasn't even close to your most expensive tub. The delivery crew was excellent, they were professional and efficient and made sure were up and running before they left. Besides being able to completely customize our options and colors and get the tub built quickly my wife was most reassured with your warranty which is as good as you can find and has added protection for our Colorado weather. We have been enjoying our tub every night except 2 since we got it and wish we would have bought one sooner. We thank you and your team and we will definatly refer as many people as possible.

I haveowned a spa for years that finally needed replacement while Marta is a new owner. Continuous flow ozonator systemHaving owned a spa for years, I was thrilled to see this system in your spas. The water is so fresh and virtually chemicalfree that I no longer have the dry irritated skin I used to experience with my old spa. Great feature.
Easy access to spa plumbingThis was a major selling point for me as my old spa had started leaking and for the life of me I could not find the leak dueto the entire cavity being filled with foam. I think your design greatly superior in this area. No one expects their spa to leak,but I know from experience, that given Colorado's extreme temperature swings, it is inevitable that a leak could show upover time.
Choice of spa shell and skirtThis is a great feature. We both chose different shell and skirt colors and as such each have a custom spa to order. Welove this.

We are so pleased with the Wind River hot tub we purchased from you. I was especially impressed that when it was discovered that your manufacturing facility had not installed the Bluetooth option that we ordered you personally bent over backwards to make it right and get it installed as soon as possible.
