Hi Rick!

We are really enjoying the tub ... way beyond what we even thought ... we like the inside surface - friends have remarked that they don't feel like they are going to slip when they get in ... we enjoy the water fall feature and the view has been terrific ... we've even gotten up before dawn to view the sunrise ... yes - crazy, but what a great way to start the day.

We will be in touch ... and again, we are VERY relaxed with our new tub!!!

When we walked into Wind River Spas, we walked in knowing very little about what we were buying, we were greeted by Rick who gave us a tour of the showroom and answered all of our questions about the spas as well as showed us our different options as far as colors, sizes and styles. After getting an education in what we were buying we felt very comfortable in making our purchase. The buying process was very pleasant and not once did we feel as if we were being pressured into anything. After we made our purchase, Rick came to our home and we examined the site for the new spa. A concrete pad was poured and the next day the spa along with a crane arrived at our home. The delivery and set-up of our new spa went perfectly the delivery crew was very professional and careful not to damage the property in any way. After they were done, all trash was removed from the site and the features and controls of the spa were again explained. I was given an explanation of how to start the spa after it had been filled and the next morning, after the water was warm, we were enjoying our new spa. A big thanks to Rick and the whole crew at Wind River Spas for making our first spa buying experience an exceptionally pleasant and easy one.

I'm a single guy living in Lakewood and Rick's company was referred to me by a friend. I have been nothing but ecstatic about the pre-sales, sales, installation, and support of my Wind River Stamina hot tub. It has been a very professional experience from beginning to end. I'm one of those techie guys - I never actually visited Rick's showroom - he came out to me with literature and samples and it was a done deal. All of the support I've needed has been promptly supplied by one of the techs with a telephone call or post installation visit, for example to install a hand rail. Everything that Rick told me turned out to be true. He informed me of valuable aspects of my deck construction that even the contractors did not know. The tub is great! jets are well placed, the lights are cool, the seats comfortable. Your crew was very competent and friendly and everything seems to be working fine. We are both happy that we chose Wind River Spas to supply our new tub, and will recommend you to anyone who asks.
