Hey Wind River team! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Wind River Spas. We stopped by your show room about a week ago, having done our research beforehand as far as which companies we were considering. We were greeted by Rick, who spent a considerable amount of time explaining how Wind River Spas are different from other spas on the market. He listened to our questions, and made some recommendations about what might work best for us. Getting that level of service from the owner of a company isn't very common these days! We weren't originally planning on purchasing that quickly, but we left the showroom having placed a down payment for delivery about a week later. Zach was very helpful answering some questions I had about how the delivery would work, and if the access to our yard would be wide enough to accommodate the hot tub. He promptly sent your delivery team out to take pictures and make sure everything would work well on the day of delivery. They even noticed that my concrete pad wasn't level, and suggested a shim product that would allow the hot tub to be level on top of the concrete. While we weren't anticipating the additional cost of the shim, we were ultimately glad that it was suggested, as otherwise the tub would have been about 2" off level. On the delivery day, the delivery team made quick work of getting the tub into the yard. I was worried there would be some complication that prevented the hot tub from being set up - but everything went very smoothly. They even gave me some helpful tips to relay to my electrician to make sure that process went well too. As of this morning, the tub reached usable temperature, and I was able to have my first spa session in my new hot tub! I really can't thank you all enough for your help through this process. There are so many choices on the market, across such a wide range of price points, and it's hard to tell at every point if you're making the right decision. Using a company that operates out of Denver, and builds the tubs locally as well, made us feel more comfortable with our decision than buying from some big box store. I'll be recommending Wind River to anyone I know that is looking for a spa.

The experience with Wind River has been amazing from start to finish. They were extremely helpful during the sales process making sure we picked the right tub and not overselling us on options. The communication continued while our tub was being built and the delivery team was very efficient and awesome to work with. Would highly recommend Wind River Spas to anyone in the market!

A flawless experience with Wind River Spas. This is our second spa with Wind River. Very impressed with the improvements over our first spa. Was delighted with the ordering (thanks Zach), selecting the design and options and the manufacturing. (Enjoyed the video of our tub being born) The delivery and installation was great. The team was polite, communicated very well, and completely ensured that the spa was located and installed to my design in the yard. I would strongly reccomend Wind River Spas to anyone that is in search of an awesome spa experience.

Everything from the showroom visit to the delivery was awesome. Zach was thorough in his understanding of what we were looking for and was honest and not at all pushy with what the overall options/offerings were available. I was kept in the loop throughout the build of our tub and even sent a video halfway through of them actually building and wrapping our tub. Very cool! Delivery day came and they had 4 guys there to help place the tub and set it up. Beginning to end a great experience. The tub just feels and functions like higher quality than the competition… and they’re made right here in Colorado! I’ve referred Wind River to many friends and will continue to do so. It was an unbelievable experience. These guys could not have been nicer and more professional. They were quick and efficient and were in and out in no time. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
