Let me start by saying that from start to finish, our experience at Wind River has been nothing short of exceptional. From the day we walked into your showroom, we have had nothing but a positive experience with you and your staff. You answered all of our questions and definitely over-delivered. We absolutely love our new hot tub. The design and ergonomics are outstanding. The fact that there are basically no chemicals involved was a huge plus and a major factor in our purchase. Being locally owned and operated was important as well.

But in the end, it’s about the product and your product is head and shoulders above the competition. Being able to have a semi-custom design where we can pick our own options such as model, jet packages, lighting packages etc. was also a major value add over other “pre-packages” brands. And even with all of the difficulties businesses are experiencing during this pandemic, your crew delivered on exactly the target date. We had our hot tub the day before New Year’s Eve and rung in the new year in style. All the little things like the “being born” video just added to our enjoyment and buying experience.

I just wanted to let you know that we are in love with our spa! Thank you so much for helping me through all my questions and concerns. Your install team was really great and very professional. Your referred electrician was great to work with too. We have spent a LOT of time in the tub and I am just so happy! It is easy to maintain and it is very clear you put a lot of thought into the design. I couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I did out research for our first spa purchase and decided to check out Wind River Spas. Zach met us as we walked in and provided us a very clear and straightforward explanation of the design and manufacturing method used by Wind River Spas including the uniqueness of their spas as compared to other manufactures in the industry. Zach was so very professional and never spoke disparagingly about the competition which we appreciated. We ordered the spa on the spot and found every step of the process to be efficient, simple and professional with continual communication from Rick and his team. The spa was delivered last week and once again a pleasurable experience. We are enjoying our spa on a daily basis!

Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely happy with our spa and the experience with Wind River Spas. Don’t even bother going anywhere else – they are the only place to go.

The Vitalizer...one year later.

I'm impressed! Everything your company has advertised regarding the merits and ease of operation of your hot tubs we've found to be true. Debra and I use our Vitalizer 2-3 times weekly for an hour at a time (sometimes longer). We're both active outdoors people...returning home to our Vitalizer after mountain biking, skiing, tennis, hiking, etc is always a treat. We both work and play hard; sitting in our tub with strong jets massaging tired muscles while enjoying a glass of wine is something we never tire of. It helps that the La PLata Mountains rise in the backdrop.

As advertised, your set-up crew arrived at our home outside of Cortez on time. They efficiently went about their work setting up the tub while our electrician did his simple install. The crew stayed to answer our questions and demonstrate the tub's operation. The free delivery of a Colorado-made tub was one of the factors that clinched the deal when we were considering our options. The quality of the tub and the price could not be beat. We have only needed to change the water once in the past year. A teaspoon of shock after each soak has been the ONLY maintenance....simply amazing! No added chemicals, no chlorine smell....only clean, clear, therapeutic waters!

We couldn't be happier with our Wind River Spa. Being able to build the spa online and get pricing in advance was incredibly useful. We contacted Wind River with several questions before and after we placed our order, the people at Wind River were very responsive and answered all of our questions. They were able to deliver it to us in Colorado Springs in remarkable time. Since we have gotten it, everyday has been like a vacation in our backyard. Thank you so very much, we will recommend you over and over again.
