Rick – Just a note of thanks, it’s been almost a year since we bought our tub and we love it. It stays super clean and just works right all the time. I wish every home product could be as easy.

Hi Rick,
Your delivery team did an excellent job today. They even put my fence back in place which was not part of the deal. They were not only on time--they were early. The electrician showed up as promised, and everything is working great. We are just headed off to bed after our first night soaking in our very own Windriver Spa. I love the fact that you are a local manufacturer and your customer service is beyond compare.We are looking forward to years of enjoyment. Thank you for your hard work, your customer service and your commitment to quality. It's really nice to have a "friend" in the Spa business.

Just wanted to thank you and your people for everything you have done. We love our Wind River Spa and you made our Fathers Day one we will never forget. Our kids and grandkids loved it and to say Trish and I love it. Everyone associated with your organization has been wonderful to us and believe me we will pass this on to all our friends.
Again, thanks to you and your people. Hope we don’t wear this Spa out in the first 6 months of ownership…….We are in it all the time.

My experience with the Wind River family and all aspects of the spa purchasing process from beginning to current has been truly remarkable (including electrical work). The reason I don't say, "End" is because, as a first time spa owner, Wind River has continued to be available to me in answering ALL my questions without making me feel like there is such thing as a “stupid question”.
Each step was a learning process for me and the Wind River team was very helpful. Whether it was Rick consulting on the needs/expectations of my spa purchase, Nelson managing all logistics, Kyle/Josh/R.J. completing site prep, installation/final setup and everyone being available for follow up on any needs I have, they have been there for me. Not only did they complete the spa portion for me but, with their relationship with Southwest Electrical Contractors (Harold), it made the electrical work seamless in completing the circle. Trust me, I’m sure I had the ever so famous “puff cloud” filled with questions marks above my head like Willy Coyote after running off the cliff, when Kyle explained maintenance/chemicals/cleaning but, he was very patient and went over everything in detail.
Although there are many other much cheaper options nationwide, my confidence in the quality, craftsmanship and customer service of the Wind River family/product is second to none. I’m proud to say that I feel part of the Wind River family as a purchaser and have continued to brag to many friends/family about my phenomenal experience with the Wind River team. They are the undisputed spa experts and definition exceptional. They are truly only choice one should consider when looking to invest in a spa. And for that, I’m extremely thankful and appreciative to the Wind River family.

I now own 2 Windriver spas. The first one was purchased in 2009 for my loft in downtown Denver. It is located on a new private rooftop deck in LoDo. Sitting in the tub there are great views of the city skyline as well as Coors Field one block away. I had such a great experience dealing with Rick and company at Windriver, I decided to replace my Cal-Spa at my place in Frisco in 2012. Again picking out a new tub was a pleasure and everyone made the delivery to the mountains extremely easy. They arranged the crane to put the tub on my new deck and the delivery personnel helped place the tub so the view would be enjoyable from all seats in the tub. After a few months the tub needed a couple items fixed. I called thinking it would take a couple weeks for a service tech to arrive. Windriver was at my place the next day and repaired the unit while I was skiing. Being a small business owner I deal with hundreds of different vendors. Unfortunately, most vendors do not understand customer service like Rick and Windriver. From the quality of the products to the great customer service, Windriver sets itself apart from the other spa manufacturers. I regularly recommend Windriver to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a hot tub. It is not surprising I have 2 friends with Windriver Spas.
