Just got out of the hot tub! Thank you for taking care of me once again and I wanted you to know that your crew did an excellent job on delivery. They answered all of my questions and I think the installation of the tub went very smoothly which is a credit to you and your staff. Matt installed the lights for the ice bucket and the tub looks very cool at night. I am planning on having my neighbors over soon for a Fall get together and I will be sure to recommend them to you if they are interested in a Hot Tub. Best of luck to you and I hope your business continues to keep growing in the future-you have a great product!

The delivery and installation went extremely well. Matt & Bob did an excellent job, the coordination with the electrician went smoothly, and Matt explained the operation and maintenance of the spa very thoroughly, and everything works perfectly.

Thanks for all your help, and we are certainly glad we have a Wind River Spa!

We are enjoying the new hot tub every evening. It is exactly what we needed to soothe our aches and pains. We go to bed and sleep well after a good soak in the spa.

Your crew was on time and quickly installed everything just the way we wanted it. Harold did an excellent job, too. Everybody was very helpful and gave us great instruction.

We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to many years of enjoyment in our spa.

Hey Rick,

Just wanted to drop you a line to express how happy I am with my spa purchase. I began my search mid 2008, and Wind River Spas was my first stop. I really liked what I saw, but the spas were a little more than I was planning on spending, so I started looking around. Well, after seeing what was out there, and what other people were asking for much inferior spas, I decided to come back to Wind River. Man, am I glad I did. I'm going on three years now, and have had absolutely no trouble with the spa. I'm in it almost every night. I am not only in love with my spa, your customer service is second to none. In fact, I remember calling right after it was installed to ask about proper maintenance, you were the one that answered, and you spent a very long time with me on the phone explaining every aspect of care and maintenance. Not once did you sound impatient. I hung up the phone knowing I had chosen the right company. If the owner is willing to spend that kind of time with me, that impressed me. Since then, I have spoken to numerous people at Wind River and everyone shares your dedication to excellent customer service. And, speaking of maintenance, it has been ten times easier than I ever dreamed. Plain and simple, I'm convinced Wind River Spas has the absolute best product and customer service on the planet. I sing your praises ever night when I get in, and all my friends sing my praises when they get in. They all say it's by far the best spa they've ever been in.

To anyone who is thinking about purchasing a spa they most definitely should look at "windriver" spas. The construction and quality of the spas is the best I've seen. We looked at a lot of spas and the sales, service and installation was far better then anyone else. It was a enjoyable experience all the way not just in the sales room. We couldn't be happier with are purchase. Thanks for a great product.
