My first Wind River spa was purchased 20 years ago and we loved it so we went back for the new version of the same hot tub and we are loving this one just as much if not more. The cost may be higher but you see the difference in quality of workmanship over the competition and we are supporting a Colorado company.

I first ended up in the Lafayette location not realizing that’s primarily the factory and not really the showroom, but your operations guy told me everything about what makes your product unique and gave me a full tour of the factory. That really made an impression on me.

When I visited the actual showroom with my wife and the kid, Zach was just as helpful, and was especially good at helping us narrow down all the different options. From a sales focused experience, it was probably the most pleasant I’ve ever had. On top of that, this showroom is a thing of beauty. The kid area is not only amazing, but absolutely brilliant. What a great way to keep the kids busy and off my back while I’m trying to narrow down the specs on a hot tub!

Their communication throughout the entire sales, build, delivery, and installation process was excellent. Great site visit to ensure everything would work well. Efficient, friendly, and professional installation crew. All around, a great experience working with them; and most importantly, they build an excellent product and we love our new hot tub! Hey Wind River team! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Wind River Spas. We stopped by your show room about a week ago, having done our research beforehand as far as which companies we were considering. We were greeted by Rick, who spent a considerable amount of time explaining how Wind River Spas are different from other spas on the market. He listened to our questions, and made some recommendations about what might work best for us. Getting that level of service from the owner of a company isn't very common these days! We weren't originally planning on purchasing that quickly, but we left the showroom having placed a down payment for delivery about a week later. Zach was very helpful answering some questions I had about how the delivery would work, and if the access to our yard would be wide enough to accommodate the hot tub. He promptly sent your delivery team out to take pictures and make sure everything would work well on the day of delivery. They even noticed that my concrete pad wasn't level, and suggested a shim product that would allow the hot tub to be level on top of the concrete. While we weren't anticipating the additional cost of the shim, we were ultimately glad that it was suggested, as otherwise the tub would have been about 2" off level. On the delivery day, the delivery team made quick work of getting the tub into the yard. I was worried there would be some complication that prevented the hot tub from being set up - but everything went very smoothly. They even gave me some helpful tips to relay to my electrician to make sure that process went well too. As of this morning, the tub reached usable temperature, and I was able to have my first spa session in my new hot tub! I really can't thank you all enough for your help through this process. There are so many choices on the market, across such a wide range of price points, and it's hard to tell at every point if you're making the right decision. Using a company that operates out of Denver, and builds the tubs locally as well, made us feel more comfortable with our decision than buying from some big box store. I'll be recommending Wind River to anyone I know that is looking for a spa.
