Zach did a great job in helping us understand/explain options for our first hot tub. The delivery crew also did a great job. They had to redeliver the steps to get into the tub, i had it within two hours of delivery. I am very happy we went Wind River Spas everyone we worked with were great, and we were supporting a local Colorado company. I would recommend considering them when getting a hot tub.

I can’t recommend Wind River Spas enough. Phone support, attention to my requests for service and supplies, and on site service are all superior. Just had a service call to fix my spa heater - Ray was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Wind River Spas has earned my loyalty.

The delivery team was incredible. They treated my property and the spa like gold. They had to pull it on the Teflon pad quite a distance and did so with incredible expertise. They took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Cleaned up the area and were professional in everything they did. Great experience. The spa is heating up as I write this and we cant wait to get in.

My first Wind River spa was purchased 20 years ago and we loved it so we went back for the new version of the same hot tub and we are loving this one just as much if not more. The cost may be higher but you see the difference in quality of workmanship over the competition and we are supporting a Colorado company.
