The crew that delivered the tub was great.  Professional friendly and made sure the tub was set where we needed it. It is always great to see the part of the business most people deal with be so professional.

We are loving our spa, have been in it every day since it was installed!  It's a wonderful way to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

The installation crew did a great job, it was a bit of a challenge getting it under the deck, but all went smoothly!

Everything is amazing! The delivery was so smooth - the delivery team was impressive in how well they worked together.  We were able to get it wired up, filled up and heated up in time to enjoy the tub on the first night! The spa was so relaxing, I slept like a baby last night  :-)

Overall our experience with Wind River has been outstanding.  From the start, Zach patiently educated us on Wind River spas, allowed us to test them out, and came and did a site visit to ease our concerns.  Then Rick and team clearly communicated about the delivery and set up.  Every member of the team has been responsive and helpful.
