We have a resort in Estes Park and have 3 Wind River Spas!!! Whenever I call for service, which isn’t often, I’m always met with friendly and professional people from the first phone call until the problem is diagnosed & repaired!!! The service guys always arrive when scheduled and if they are running a little behind, they call to let me know so I’m not wasting my time waiting & wondering!! Great company to do business with!!!

I’m so happy with my Wind River Spa purchase. This hot tub is a 90x90 that seats 6-8 people comfortably . The team has been very helpful throughout the process from custom design, delivery, and providing instructions for maintenance of the hot tub. I have been waiting 20 years to get this and am so grateful for this hot tub! The jets bring my muscles back to life after long workdays . I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to add on a hot tub to their home.

Kevin was awesome! He clearly explained all the options for personalizing our spa, was very patient and personable. He was the reason we purchased from Wind River. Set up crew did a great job! They were friendly and professional. Communication regarding any questions as well as making sure we were satisfied was stellar. We looked at 3 retailers when purchasing our spa Wind River was definitely the best!
