Wind River delivered and set up our tub last week where we live on a mountain lot. The crew, led by Dominic, was so synchronized and efficient that it was amazing watching them. They off-loaded the spa on its side on a sled to drag up our flagstone walkway. They took such great care to roll out an extremely long runner to protect the stone. The crew looked like they were moving stones for the pyramids in Egypt. Slowly and carefully, they pushed/pulled the spa on its sled (avoiding using a crane) up to its resting place on the upslope deck on our house. Once positioned, they slowly let it down. Immediately, the crew went into a fast break with each member doing what they were trained to do to set up the tub and then check out the entire system for me. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the tub. We are so happy that it arrived just before the snow up here. BTW, I am unrelated to WR and was provided no incentive or remuneration to write this review. Simply, WR is the best spa manufacturer here in CO. Love the hot tub. Great job by the install team. Kevin was great on the sales side, helpful and answered all our questions. He got everything done quickly and efficiently. We had to have the tub placed with a crane and he took care of that, which was awesome. I would recommend Wind River to anyone who is in the market for a spa. Our hot tub was delivered successfully, and it looks fantastic! I just wanted to let you know that the whole delivery crew did an AMAZING job. They were efficient in both the delivery and their explanations, and also, when we encountered some challenges (one of the screws in our fence was stripped and I couldn't get it removed for delivery) they immediately jumped in to help. I'm so grateful for all they did to make this a smooth process!

Great team that did the installation. Super friendly and did a great job and my dogs loved them. Love the fact that you are a Colorado company and have a quality product at a great price.
