Our hot tub was delivered successfully, and it looks fantastic! I just wanted to let you know that the whole delivery crew did an AMAZING job. They were efficient in both the delivery and their explanations, and also, when we encountered some challenges (one of the screws in our fence was stripped and I couldn’t get it removed for delivery) they immediately jumped in to help. I’m so grateful for all they did to make this a smooth process!
