I never once felt any pressure to purchase during that time. Rick was helpful and wanted to make sure we had all of the right information to make a decision. When I explained our budget, Rick provided several options that might work within that range and shared his personal experiences to help us narrow down our choices. Our experience in the showroom was relaxed and helped us to finalize our options, again free of pressure and without feeling rushed. We walked away with a comprehensive knowledge of the product we were buying. The purchase process itself lends to a low pressure sales experience where you have plenty of time to decide if this is the right fit for you. Once we got closer to our delivery date, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a video of our spa being made in the factory. That was beyond exciting for us! Communication for delivery was smooth and all of the staff on that side of the process were also professional, thorough, and helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would encourage anyone who is in the market for a spa to go with Wind River. Not only is the product top notch, but the entire buying experience was more positive than we could have imagined. I don’t think I’ve had better customer service anywhere.
