Just wanted to drop you a line to express how happy I am with my spa purchase. I began my search mid 2008, and Wind River Spas was my first stop. I really liked what I saw, but the spas were a little more than I was planning on spending, so I started looking around. Well, after seeing what was out there, and what other people were asking for much inferior spas, I decided to come back to Wind River. Man, am I glad I did. I’m going on three years now, and have had absolutely no trouble with the spa. I’m in it almost every night. I am not only in love with my spa, your customer service is second to none. In fact, I remember calling right after it was installed to ask about proper maintenance, you were the one that answered, and you spent a very long time with me on the phone explaining every aspect of care and maintenance. Not once did you sound impatient. I hung up the phone knowing I had chosen the right company. If the owner is willing to spend that kind of time with me, that impressed me. Since then, I have spoken to numerous people at Wind River and everyone shares your dedication to excellent customer service. And, speaking of maintenance, it has been ten times easier than I ever dreamed. Plain and simple, I’m convinced Wind River Spas has the absolute best product and customer service on the planet. I sing your praises ever night when I get in, and all my friends sing my praises when they get in. They all say it’s by far the best spa they’ve ever been in.
