My experience with the Wind River family and all aspects of the spa purchasing process from beginning to current has been truly remarkable (including electrical work). The reason I don’t say, “End” is because, as a first time spa owner, Wind River has continued to be available to me in answering ALL my questions without making me feel like there is such thing as a “stupid question”.

Each step was a learning process for me and the Wind River team was very helpful. Whether it was Rick consulting on the needs/expectations of my spa purchase, Nelson managing all logistics, Kyle/Josh/R.J. completing site prep, installation/final setup and everyone being available for follow up on any needs I have, they have been there for me. Not only did they complete the spa portion for me but, with their relationship with Southwest Electrical Contractors (Harold), it made the electrical work seamless in completing the circle. Trust me, I’m sure I had the ever so famous “puff cloud” filled with questions marks above my head like Willy Coyote after running off the cliff, when Kyle explained maintenance/chemicals/cleaning but, he was very patient and went over everything in detail.

Although there are many other much cheaper options nationwide, my confidence in the quality, craftsmanship and customer service of the Wind River family/product is second to none. I’m proud to say that I feel part of the Wind River family as a purchaser and have continued to brag to many friends/family about my phenomenal experience with the Wind River team. They are the undisputed spa experts and definition exceptional. They are truly only choice one should consider when looking to invest in a spa. And for that, I’m extremely thankful and appreciative to the Wind River family.
