I now own 2 Windriver spas. The first one was purchased in 2009 for my loft in downtown Denver. It is located on a new private rooftop deck in LoDo. Sitting in the tub there are great views of the city skyline as well as Coors Field one block away. I had such a great experience dealing with Rick and company at Windriver, I decided to replace my Cal-Spa at my place in Frisco in 2012. Again picking out a new tub was a pleasure and everyone made the delivery to the mountains extremely easy. They arranged the crane to put the tub on my new deck and the delivery personnel helped place the tub so the view would be enjoyable from all seats in the tub. After a few months the tub needed a couple items fixed. I called thinking it would take a couple weeks for a service tech to arrive. Windriver was at my place the next day and repaired the unit while I was skiing. Being a small business owner I deal with hundreds of different vendors. Unfortunately, most vendors do not understand customer service like Rick and Windriver. From the quality of the products to the great customer service, Windriver sets itself apart from the other spa manufacturers. I regularly recommend Windriver to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a hot tub. It is not surprising I have 2 friends with Windriver Spas.
