The removal and the re-installation went very smoothly. Your installation crew was extremely courteous, and we felt very comfortable with them. We are loving the new spa, using it every-day in the mornings, as it helps the old muscles. Just to let you know, this our third Wind River Spa. We purchased our first one 1979 at our first house, then we moved east of Firestone and lasted about 3 months without a hot tub, so we went and purchased a second one in 1988. It lasted until this past November, when we decided it was time for a new one. Here we are with our third Wind River spa and enjoying every minute of it.
